SINMAR ALRIYADH CO is a specialised MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracting company established in Riyadh on 1 January 2006. We provide contracting services including design, supply, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of:

• Mechanical works: HVAC systems, piping systems, mechanical equipment supply & installation, and fire fighting systems.
• Electrical works: Power distribution, lighting systems, and low current systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, PABX, Public Address, Access Control, Data Network, BMS).
• Plumbing works: Water supply systems, drainage systems, gas systems, and plumbing fixtures.

We serve residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
